Amelia Unthank

Amelia Unthank is an accomplished Biotechnology Engineer with a diverse background in the agricultural and technology sectors. Currently serving as both a Biotechnology Engineer and Field & Technology Officer at Agscent since January 2022, Amelia is also a mentee in the National Mentoring Program with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, focusing on leadership capacity and resilience in rural Australia. Previous experience includes an internship at Alta Genetics, where Amelia gained expertise in genetic consulting and dairy management, as well as roles as a Sales Clerk at Brian Unthank Rural and a Harvest Casual at GrainCorp. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and is pursuing a Master of Computer Science in Data Science at the University of New England. Additionally, Amelia has completed a grant writing workshop at the Institute for Communication Management and Leadership.
