Joel Gleason

Joel Gleason has a strong background in leadership and customer success. Joel is currently working as a Senior Vice President - Customer Success at AGS Health, where they oversee the client success team and ensures the delivery of high-quality outcomes and satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at JE Consulting LLC. From 2019 to 2023, Joel served as the Chief Growth Officer at Netsmart, managing revenue generation and driving long-term growth goals. Before Netsmart, they held various senior positions at Cognizant, TriZetto Healthcare Products, Optum, and Cerner Corporation, focusing on provider solutions, P&L accountability, and sales and revenue growth. Joel started their career as a Territory Manager at Smithkline Beecham Clinical.
