Vigneshwaran Ramadass

Vigneshwaran Ramadass has held various roles in talent development and learning & development throughout their career. Vigneshwaran started at Ajuba Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Executive and later as an Executive in Competency Development. Vigneshwaran also served as a Senior Account Executive during their time at the company. In 2011, they joined AGS Health and held positions progressing from Team Leader to Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and finally as a Director and Executive Director of Talent Development.

Vigneshwaran Ramadass completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Jain College, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended St. Patricks Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School from 1989 to 2004 to complete their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General as well.
