Jenny Rodriguez-Vargas

Jenny Rodriguez-Vargas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jenny currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Advanced Roofing, Advanced Air Systems Florida, and Advanced Green Technologies, all starting in 2021. In 2014, Jenny served as a Topgrading Master Course Instructor at Gazelles Growth Institute. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Chief Operating Officer at The Oliver Gal Artist Co. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Workforce Optimization Partners, LLC from 2013 to 2019. Jenny also worked as a Strategic Partner at Intelligent Conversations from 2014 to 2018. Jenny held the role of HR Director at World Emblem International, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, and as a Senior Consultant at Eleva Solutions, Inc. from April 2011 to September 2011.
