Aby Varghese

Aby Varghese has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Aby started their career at Emirates Flight Catering, a division of Emirates Airlines, where they worked as an HR Specialist for over 10 years. Aby then moved on to National Food Products Co, Dubai, where they served as the Group Compensation & Benefits Manager for three years. Currently, Aby holds the position of Senior HR Director at Agthia Group PJSC, where they are responsible for leading the Compensation & Reward Program across the group and managing the Recruitment function. Overall, Aby's experience spans over 20 years in the HR field, with expertise in the food & beverage and FMCG industries.

Aby Varghese received a Masters in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1992 to 1994. Before that, from 1986 to 1992, Aby attended st thomas college kozhencherry, but their degree and field of study are unknown.
