Erin Dulman

Erin Dulman has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in prominent organizations. At Ally from February 2019 to February 2025, Erin served as Senior Director in two capacities: HR Advisors Lead for Tier 2 HR Service Delivery and HR Business Partner for Auto Finance, as well as Director of HR Business Partner for Insurance. Prior to Ally, Erin was with Carat USA from April 2015 to February 2019, advancing from HR Manager to HR Director. Earlier positions included roles at Gorilla Group as Sr. Associate in Talent Management and Human Resources Coordinator, and at Home Instead as Recruitment Manager and Staffing Coordinator. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Arts & Sciences from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Effectiveness from The Chicago School.
