Edward Norder

Edward Norder is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in innovation and research. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Agthia Group PJSC since November 2025, Norder previously held the role of SVP Global Innovation at ofi from January 2019 to November 2025. Norder's leadership experience includes positions such as ExCo & SVP Innovation & Quality at Olam and Member of the Board and CRO at DöhlerGroup. Additional roles encompass General Manager for Food Service in Western Europe at Huhtamaki, Managing Director Western Europe at Sensient Technologies Corporation, and various research and development positions at Givaudan, The Coca-Cola Company, and Kraft Foods Group. Norder holds a Master of Science degree in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology and Marketing.
