Ki-Jeoung Nam

Ki-Jeoung Nam has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the field of learning and development. Currently, Nam serves as the Group Director of Learning and Culture at Agthia Group PJSC. Prior to this, Nam held leadership positions at Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), Kantar Retail, DAL Group, Research International, and Hewlett Packard. Throughout their career, Nam has been involved in culture transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, and the introduction of various learning platforms and tools. Nam has also contributed to the setup of a retail business college and facilitated global leadership and development programs.

Ki-Jeoung Nam holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Sookmyung Women's University, which was obtained between 1993 and 1997. Apart from this, Ki-Jeoung Nam has completed several certification courses in various subjects, such as company culture, diversity and inclusion, leadership, communication, career advice, business innovation, and well-being. The certification courses were obtained between 2021 and 2024 from institutions like LinkedIn, Coursera, and edX.
