Menas Saleh

Menas Saleh has a strong background in finance and coaching. Starting in 2023, they worked as the Finance Director - Group Value Chain at Agthia Group PJSC. Prior to that, they served as a Non Executive Board Member at MAYDAY - Assistance Services starting in 2019. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Freelance Coach & Facilitator, providing career coaching and facilitating women's networks. Before that, they held various roles at Unilever including Agile Coach & Director of Agile Transformation, Regional Financial Controls Director, Head of Internal Audit, Finance Business Partnering Manager, and Finance Manager. Menas also participated in the Unilever Future Leaders Programme as a Finance Management Trainee.

Menas Saleh earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from Alexandria University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their regular high school education at Kuwait International English School in 2002. Menas also has various certifications in areas such as career development, coaching, and supply chain management. Some of their certifications include Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation in 2018, and the Basics of Supply Chain Management (BSCM) program from CPIM - Certified in Production and Inventory Management in 2013. Menas has obtained additional certifications in agile coaching, team facilitation, and relationship systems.
