Nizar Kayali

Nizar Kayali possesses extensive experience in leadership and operations within the food production sector. Currently serving as Vice President of the Animal Nutrition Division at Agthia Group PJSC since May 2013, Nizar is responsible for overseeing the Animal Feed Business Unit, focusing on sales, new business development, and cost management. Prior to this role, Nizar held the position of Operations Director at Agthia, where continuous improvement of operational systems and productivity was prioritized. Nizar also served as Managing Partner of Union Mills Company from 2002 to 2012, managing the manufacturing of wheat flour and exploring new business ventures. Earlier career experience includes an Industrial Engineer role at UPS, where workflow optimization was implemented through strategic process design. Nizar holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
