Carl Nall is an experienced construction and quality control inspector with a diverse background in civil engineering projects across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Quality Control Inspector at CARCON Industries/STL Engineers since October 2022, Carl previously held roles such as Construction Inspector II at Aguirre & Fields and Senior Construction Inspector for Construction Project Management, where responsibilities included inspecting water and wastewater projects for the City of Austin. Carl's earlier experience includes lead construction inspections on significant Capital Improvement Projects for the City of Houston and various roles at KBR, Inc., where involvement in wastewater management and quality oversight was essential. Carl studied at The University of Texas at Austin and briefly attended Texas State University in 1972.
