Melissa Simmons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and marketing support. Currently serving as the CRM Administrator at Aguirre & Fields since October 2016, responsibilities include managing the CRM database, training employees, participating in implementation teams, and assisting with company events. Previous roles include Customer Support Specialist at Cosential, Inc., where support for CRM clients was provided, and Marketing & Business Development at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc., focusing on opportunity management in the A/E/C industry. Melissa's background also includes positions at Igloo Products Corporation as a Marketing Executive Assistant and various administrative roles in business development and marketing across multiple organizations. Melissa holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, in addition to an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Blinn College.
