VP, Customer Success at Aha!

Melissa Hopkins has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Melissa began their career as a Consultant at Accenture in 1995 and worked there until 1998. Melissa then joined Innovex Group as a Senior Consultant from 1998 to 2000. Melissa then moved to Citrix, where they held various management positions, including Manager, Senior Manager, Group Manager, and Data Science Product Manager, during their time at the company from 2000 to 2015. Since 2015, Melissa has been with Aha!, a product development tools company, where they have held roles such as Sr Customer Success Manager, Director of Customer Success, Sr Director of Customer Success, and currently serves as the VP of Customer Success.

Melissa Hopkins holds an MBA degree in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Melissa also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis (BSSA), with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science, from the same university. Additionally, Melissa obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2013.
