Greg Bates-Lay has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Greg started their career in 2005 as a Branch Manager at Santander UK, where they successfully managed branches for three years. In 2008, they transitioned to NatWest Group as a Bank Manager, overseeing branches in Wales and leading a team of over 100 employees. Greg then ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Director of Candy Junction Limited from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they joined Loughborough Building Society as a Mortgage Advice Team Manager, excelling in this role for five years. Currently, Greg is Head of Customer Success at Ahauz, where they manage customer success initiatives effectively.

Greg Bates-Lay pursued their education in the field of Political Science and Government. Greg first attended the University of Greenwich from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Subsequently, from 1998 to 1999, they enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London, and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Political Science and Government.
