Shivika Garg has a varied work experience in the field of support and technical analysis. Shivika started their career at Accenture Services in 2009 as a Senior Application Analyst and worked there until 2016. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Hilton Worldwide as a Senior Technical Support Analyst. Shivika then joined Condeco in 2016, starting as a Team Lead and eventually progressing to roles such as Support Manager, Global Head of Support, and Director of Global Support. Currently, Shivika is working at Eptura as the Director EMEA Support from 2022 onwards.
Shivika Garg attended Vivekanand School from an unknown starting year to 2004, completing High School/Secondary Certificate Programs. Later, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
