Fatih Irdem is an experienced leader in product strategy, operations, and business transformation, currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy & Operations at YouTube since 2022 and as the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Ahbap since 2024. As a founding Board member of Ahbap America, Fatih contributes to impactful humanitarian initiatives. Previously, at Meta, Fatih directed a global team focused on driving business transformation and strategic planning. At Google, significant roles included Chief of Staff for Google Health, overseeing operations and program management, and leading global initiatives for operational excellence in Trust & Safety. Additional experience includes strategic supply chain roles at Schneider Electric and Intel Corporation. Fatih's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in engineering and quality management.
