Jennifer K. Smith has extensive work experience in communications and consulting. Before their time at Arlington County, they were the Communications Director of Member Services at AOL. Jennifer began their career at the Military Officers Association of America, where they held positions as Deputy Director, Assistant Director, and Publications Manager.
