Mary Claire Davis has extensive experience in the real estate development industry. Mary Claire is currently the Vice President of Real Estate Development at AHC Inc., where they have been since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of AHC Greater Baltimore from April 2018 to the present, and before that, they served as a Senior Development Manager from October 2015 to April 2018. Mary also worked as a Project Manager at AHC Inc. from July 2010 to October 2015. Prior to joining AHC Inc., they worked as a Management Specialist at AHC Management LLC from May 2009 to June 2010. Mary Claire also served as a Project Manager at Victory Housing, Inc. from November 2007 to May 2009. Mary's previous experience includes roles at Wesley Housing, where they were a Senior Project Manager from April 2006 to November 2007 and a Project Manager from September 2002 to April 2006. Mary Claire also worked as an Acting Director and Project Manager at Falls Church Housing from July 2000 to August 2002.

Mary Claire Davis has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Political Science from Emory University. Mary Claire then pursued a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia. Additionally, they completed the Professional Leadership Program for Women at Towson University in May 2021.
