Kimberly Krauter

Kimberly Krauter currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at HDC MidAtlantic, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Kimberly was the Director of Development-PA at The Walters Group from February 2021 to August 2024. As President and COO of Advanced Living Communities from January 2007 to February 2021, Kimberly was instrumental in transforming the company's valuation from $3 million to $68 million in a decade, overseeing operations focused on affordable housing for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Earlier roles include Sales Director at The Villages at Pine Valley, Community Relations Director at Chancellor Park, and Director at Narberth Adult Day Care. Kimberly began career efforts in healthcare as a Dementia Program Coordinator at Simpson Senior Services and an Activity Coordinator at Philadelphia Protestant Home. Kimberly holds a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Temple University.
