Phil Maiden currently serves as the Head of Media and PR at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board since June 2021. As a partner in Maiden Family Limited Liability Partnership since June 2014, Phil is involved in building projects and agricultural contracting. Phil has also been a Board of Management Member for the Worcestershire Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs since January 2020, contributing to event planning for the County Show. Phil's previous experience includes roles as a Community Governor at Cutnall Green C E Primary and various positions at the BBC, including Broadcast Journalist and Producer with significant experience in news production and content management. Phil holds a postgraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from Birmingham City University and a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Harper Adams University.
