Blair Burns has extensive experience in client services, community engagement, and leadership development, currently serving as a Board Member and Community Engagement Chair for The Diabetes Family Connection, where the focus is on transforming lives impacted by diabetes. Blair has also taken on the role of Camp Counselor at Camp Morris, fostering essential leadership skills among children with diabetes. As a Client Operations Specialist at AHEAD, Blair contributes to digital transformation efforts through advanced Cloud and operational solutions. Previously, Blair excelled as an Inside Client Specialist at NTT Ltd., providing high-quality client communication and support, and as a Client Services Manager at DMS Technology, overseeing significant sales and client relations. Additional experience includes roles in accounts payable and marketing coordination, with a strong educational foundation in Communication and Electronic Media from Appalachian State University.
