Jose Luis Vidales

Jose Luis Vidales serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Ahern Agribusiness, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Vidales held the position of Commercial & Business Director for Bayer Crop Science in Mexico and the CAMCAR region since January 2017, overseeing a $105 million USD turnover and a team of 95 employees. With extensive experience at Monsanto Company, including roles as Commercial Director for Mexico and CAMCAR, Vidales managed a $100 million USD turnover and led various initiatives aimed at sustainable growth. Additionally, Vidales has contributed to the strategic development of distribution networks and marketing campaigns in the agricultural sector. Educational credentials include an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and multiple executive programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
