Currently serving as a Technical Services Representative at AHF Products since July 2019, Brian provides comprehensive support on specification, installation, maintenance, and repair of hardwood flooring. Prior roles at Armstrong Flooring included positions as a Commercial Techline Representative and a Learning Development Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed training staff and addressing technical inquiries. Earlier experience also includes roles at TE Connectivity and various customer relations positions within Armstrong Flooring. Brian holds a BA in Psychology/Business Management from Millersville University and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from the University of Denver.
