Devin Barta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Devin is currently the Director of Operations at AHF Products since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Manager - Cambodia at AHF Products from March 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining AHF Products, Devin worked at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. starting in 2016. Devin'sroles at Armstrong Flooring include Systems Deployment Manager, where they were responsible for developing and deploying IoT/Machine Learning solutions for process improvement, and implementing a new MES program for standardization across manufacturing platforms. Devin also served as a Value Stream Manager, coaching and training site management on business management processes and lean management systems, and as a Continuous Improvement and Growth Manager, overseeing the development of a new production line and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Prior to Armstrong Flooring, Devin worked at Pactiv, LLC from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they served as a Plant Manager, managing staff and operations of a manufacturing facility and contributing to annual cost savings and operational improvements. Devin also held the role of Operations Manager/Unit Manager, responsible for optimizing production operations and achieving cost savings.

Devin's earlier experience includes working as a Production Supervisor at Reynolds Consumer Products/Pactiv, where they managed production operations and developed operational improvements. Devin also served in the US Army, holding various leadership positions such as Executive Officer, Battalion Intelligence Officer, Battery Operations Officer, and Platoon Leader.

Devin began their career as a Billing Associate at Alliance Shippers.

Devin Barta, the Chairman of AmCham Cambodia and AHF Products, has a diverse education history. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University, majoring in International Business, Finance, Political Science, and Spanish. In 2003, they attended Deusto University, ESTE for Spanish for Business studies. Devin then completed the U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer Basic Course in 2005. In 2013, Devin attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology for Lean Six Sigma studies. Later, in 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in the Global Executive Program from both Columbia Business School and London Business School. Devin deepened their expertise with a Certificate of Completion in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University in 2017.
