Charles Prietto has a strong background in customer success and technical support roles. Charles is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Ahgora since February 2023. Previously, they worked at Virtos Backup Solutions, where they held the positions of Manager of Customer Success from June 2020 to November 2022 and Help Desk from June 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Infrastructure Technician at IPM Systems from April 2018 to May 2019 and as a Technical Support Analyst at Telealarme Brasil from December 2013 to March 2017.

Charles Prietto's education history includes two main institutions. Additionally, they obtained the "Técnicas de Persuasão em Vendas" certification from LinkedIn in July 2022 and the "Introdução ao Customer Success" certification from RD University in February 2022. Finally, in August 2021, they completed the "Pensamento Crítico" certification from LinkedIn.
