Ben Stephen Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben started their career as an Area Manager at ID Staffing, where they exceeded sales targets and was promoted to Area Sales Manager. Ben then joined SR Hill Construction as a Project Manager, where they renovated and maintained residential properties. In 2014, they became a Business Development Manager at Norton Engineering Alloys Co. Limited. Ben later joined British Ceramic Tile as the Specification Sales Manager, responsible for introducing the company into the house build and architectural market. Currently, they are the Head of International Growth at AHL Connect.
Ben Stephen Hill attended Trent College from 1999 to 2004. Ben then went on to study at Basford College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a National Diploma in Construction. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Leeds Beckett University, where they achieved a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Building Surveying.
