Jack Shannon is an experienced program manager currently serving at the AHLA Foundation, focusing on employer outreach and fostering relationships to enhance apprenticeship programs and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hospitality industry. Previously, Jack held positions as the Institute Relations Manager at Atlas Network, overseeing grantmaking processes, and as the State Outreach Associate at the Mercatus Center, where engagement with state governments was a priority. Additional roles include Development Fellow at the John Locke Foundation, Development Intern at TSIBA, Lead Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Corporate Outreach Intern at Nourish International, and Sales Associate at Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Graduate Certificate in National Security and Public Policy from George Mason University.
