Roger Chantillon

Roger Chantillon joined Ahlers as CCO in July 2022. He holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Catholic University of Leuven. Before joining Ahlers, Roger Chantillon focused on successfully building profitable, high-growth businesses in the chemicals industry. As a Senior Executive, he has taken on various VP of Global Sales and GM of BUs roles, both on a regional and global level, at Lubrizol, Elementis, Univar, Avery Dennison, and RKW.

Being an authentic, passionate and result-oriented relationship builder with strong expertise in transforming sales organizations into high-performing teams, Roger continuously works towards implementing a commercial excellence model and executing a selling approach closely aligned with a market-faced, customer-focused marketing & margin strategy.

In his CCO role, Roger is committed to securing the long-term company vision and business strategy while simultaneously striving for innovative, sustainable, and profitable growth. In his role as Business Unit Director, he will focus on further developing international transport activities and expanding security solution for theft-sensitive goods.
