Alison Hansen

Alison Hansen (Edmunds) is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory and business law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ahold Delhaize USA since January 2019, Alison previously held key roles including Director of Compliance at Peapod and Compliance Director focused on BSA/AML and Regulatory Compliance at Avant. Additional experience includes Vice President positions at J.P. Morgan and JPMorgan Chase, overseeing risk management and compliance strategies, and serving as AVP at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. Alison holds a JD from Valparaiso University School of Law and a BA in Sociology and Business Administration from UCLA.
