Angie Eckstein

Angie Eckstein is an experienced UX Research Strategist at Peapod Digital Labs, focusing on enhancing user experience for an e-commerce grocery platform through comprehensive research. Previously, Angie served as UX Research Lead and Senior UX Researcher at Outcome Health, conducting diverse qualitative and quantitative studies to address user needs in a clinical B2B context. At Conifer Research, Angie led all phases of UX research, while earlier roles included UX Researcher at Indiehealth S.L., and Senior Survey Researcher at Mathematica Policy Research, managing development of data collection instruments and conducting cognitive interviews. Angie's career began at NORC, where innovation in survey data collection was a key contribution. Angie holds a Master of User Experience from Barcelona Technology School, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
