Cathy Edwards

Cathy Edwards is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ahold Delhaize USA, Cathy has previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Retail Business Services, along with a Vice President role in Learning & Talent Services. Earlier career roles include Director of Talent Management and Director of Talent Acquisition at Delhaize America, as well as various management positions within FoodLion LLC. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University and has received additional certification from AIRS.
