Jeff Krueger

Jeff Krueger, SPHR has over 14 years of experience in leading strategic HR initiatives at major companies nationwide. Jeff currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at England - Thims & Miller, Inc. In this role, they provide focus and leadership for the firm's HR functions, ensuring the acquisition, modernization, and retention of top talent. Prior to this, they held various positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Multi unit Human Resources Manager and Multi unit Safety/Loss Prevention Manager. Jeff also worked at Pearl Vision as an Area Human Resources Manager. Before their corporate career, Jeff served in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist, where they received two Navy Achievement Medals and two Good Conduct Medals.

Jeff Krueger, SPHR has an Associate of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they have obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
