Alex Holt

Alex Holt currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Ahold Delhaize, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Alex held the same title at Woolworths Group from April 2015 to June 2024, where notable achievements included enhancing product safety and quality for Woolworths Own Brand products and leading the Group's sustainability initiatives. With a strong background in fresh food merchandising and category management, Alex has also contributed significantly to Foodbank Australia as a Non Executive Director from March 2021 to June 2024. Prior experiences include senior leadership roles at Tesco and Superdrug, focusing on driving growth in beauty and fresh food categories. Alex's educational credentials feature a recent completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a BA Hons in Politics from Nottingham Trent University.
