Arnold van Rhoon has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple roles and companies. Arnold started their career in 2004 at Ahold Delhaize, where they held various positions within Albert Heijn Stores for over 12 years. In 2017, they transitioned to the European Business Services HR team at Ahold Delhaize, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2019. During this time, they also served as the Change & Communication lead for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. From 2019 to 2020, Arnold held the role of Manager of the Project Management Team in the HR department. In 2021, they took on the role of Director HR Innovation & Projects, focusing on HR Transformation and delivering HR practices for the workforce at Ahold Delhaize Europe via HR Technology. Additionally, outside of Ahold Delhaize, Arnold worked as a Manager at van Rhoon Psychologen, a psychology firm, from 2014 to 2019.
Arnold van Rhoon earned a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2008 and 2014. Arnold continued their education at VU Amsterdam and obtained a Master's degree in Strategy & Organization from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their university studies, they attended Johan de Witt-gymnasium from 2001 to 2008.
