Dave Pylipow

Dave Pylipow is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources and integration efforts in the grocery retail sector. Currently a retired Chief People Officer for Ahold Delhaize, Dave previously oversaw HR for Delhaize America, managing 1,000 stores and 90,000 associates, while also playing a critical role in the merger integration of Ahold and Delhaize. At SuperValu, Dave served as EVP of Human Resources and Communications, leading HR, labor relations, and corporate strategy for a company with $36 billion in revenue. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at Save-A-Lot and Hallmark Cards, where leadership in employee development and relations evolved organizational capabilities. Dave holds a BSBA in Finance and Management from Creighton University.
