Farid Ahrouch has extensive experience in IT leadership and development, currently serving as the IT Team Leader for back-office solutions at Ahold Delhaize since May 2021. Previously, Farid worked at Delhaize Belgium for over 13 years in various roles, including IT Team Leader for back-office applications and IT Project & Team Coordinator, managing a team of 13 developers while overseeing project coordination, business requirements analysis, and technical architecture for ERP solutions. Farid's background includes consulting roles as an Analyst Developer at several companies, where expertise in technologies like Visual Studio, C#, and SQL Server was applied to develop applications and tools for business needs. Farid holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from HELB Inraci, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
