Robert Verbeek

Robert Verbeek has extensive experience in the field of railway safety and integrity, currently serving as Vertrouwenspersoon at Royal BAM Group since January 2023. In this role, Robert promotes equality and ensures a safe environment for colleagues facing social safety and integrity issues. Additionally, Robert is the initiator of the BAM Neurodiversiteit Beweging, aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace for neurodivergent individuals. Robert's career at BAM Infra Nederland spans from October 1998, with roles including Projectvoorbereider Treinbeveiliging, Calculator Treinbeveiliging, and contributing to various safety initiatives within the sector. Prior to this, Robert held significant positions such as Hoofdmonteur Seinwezen and Voorzitter at ToPP Aannemers, focusing on improving safety culture in train operations. Robert also co-founded the Stichting Vrienden Voedselbank Leidsche Rijn, coordinating food donation efforts to support the local food bank.
