Jet Kloet

Jet Kloet has extensive experience in HR and retail management, currently serving as Manager Business Services HR Customer Service at Ahold Delhaize since June 2020. In this role, Jet plays a key part in the Dutch EBS HR Operations leadership team, focusing on service quality and long-term strategy, including vendor management. Prior to this position, Jet held various roles at Albert Heijn from December 2016 to July 2020, including Manager sales & service a.i., Supermarktmanager, and participant in the Retail Talent Programma. Earlier roles include Assistant Supermarket Manager and Team Leader Sales Processing at Ahold from 2008 to 2016, as well as internships and volunteer positions in diverse organizations. Jet holds a Master of Science in Public Administration specialized in Governance and Management of Complex Systems, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
