Joris Hermans

Joris Hermans is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in infrastructure architecture and cloud strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Infrastructure Architecture at Ahold Delhaize since November 2022, Joris drives the development and implementation of cloud-centric infrastructures across the organization, collaborating closely with various brands and the Global Security Architect. Prior roles include Director of Enterprise Cloud Architecture and Director of Enterprise Infra Architecture at NXP Semiconductors, where Joris led a team to establish a cloud center of excellence and developed comprehensive technology strategies. Joris also served as Senior Lead Architect at Cegeka, Systems Architect at DHL Aviation, and Junior System Engineer at CTG. Academically accomplished, Joris holds multiple advanced degrees in IT governance, enterprise IT architecture, and applied computer science from prestigious institutions.
