Charlene Towler

Charlene Towler has extensive experience in collections and accounts receivable, currently serving as a Collections Representative at TBC Corporation since July 2018. Prior to this, Charlene worked at Tire Centers, LLC from July 1999 to July 2018, holding various roles including Division Credit Administrator/Customer Master File Backup, Sr. Collections Specialist/AR Back-up, Credit Support Co-ordinator, and Distribution Collection Specialist/AR Back-up. Responsibilities included collecting past due amounts, resolving customer service issues, and reviewing credit limits. Charlene's career began as an Administrative Assistant at Tire Centers, where duties included billing, inventory management, customer service, and assisting with HR functions. Charlene is an alumnus of Northeast State Community College and Vidor High School.
