Marlo Schlaghecke-Stijweg

Marlo Schlaghecke-Stijweg has held various roles in the field of Human Resources. Marlo began their career as an HR Consultant at Marcus Evans from 1998 to 2001. They then worked as an HR Manager at KPMG from 2002 to 2007. Following that, Marlo worked as a Senior HR Consultant at ING from 2007 to 2009. They then joined IQVIA, where they served as a Director and later a Senior Director of Human Resources from 2009 to 2018. Marlo's most recent role before joining Ahold Delhaize was as Vice President of Human Resources at Coyote Logistics from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Marlo serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ahold Delhaize.

Marlo Schlaghecke-Stijweg completed their A levels and GCSE's in Geography, Economics, and French at Island School Hong Kong from 1985 to 1992. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague, which they completed from 1992 to 1997. Recently, they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from The University of Salford, which they completed from 2016 to 2017.
