Stanislava Chermin has extensive experience in change management and finance within the retail sector, currently serving as Change Manager at Ahold Delhaize since July 2016, focusing on transformation initiatives in Central Southeastern Europe and strategic programs influencing the Product & Tech operating model. Prior roles at Ahold Delhaize included Manager of Finance Programs & Strategy, Chief of Staff to the CFO, Project Manager for Organizational Development & HRIS, and Coordinator of Global Public Affairs, alongside a position as Analyst in the Integration Management Office. Before joining Ahold Delhaize, Stanislava participated in the International Graduate Trainee program at Delhaize Group, gaining diverse experience across international locations.
