Zaki Valiuddin

Zaki Valiuddin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and application management. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Delivery Global IT at Ahold Delhaize since January 2022, Zaki has previously held positions such as Service Manager for IT Finance, Risk & Treasury at NIBC Bank and Service Manager at Alphabet International GmbH, where implementations of JIRA and Confluence were achieved. With expertise gained from roles at Vodafone, de Volksbank, and ABN AMRO Bank, Zaki has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage complex projects, enhance service delivery, and lead teams. Zaki holds a degree in Civil Engineering from VES College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.
