Shiny Chopra has over 13 years of experience in the Human Resources field. In 2021, they were appointed as Head of People & Culture and Admin at AHOY LLC, and Director - People & Culture at InterCorp UAE. Shiny also serves as a Strategic HR Consultant at Shamal, where they report to the Chief Business Support Officer and is responsible for leadership development and cultural change. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Partner (Consultant) at Property Finder, where they were responsible for performance, engagement and building people management capability. From 2017-2020, they were Director - Human Resources, MENA at Fox Networks Group Middle East, where they were responsible for leading and managing the HR team, devising and delivering focused reports, implementing Human Resource strategy, and integrating a performance and results focused culture. From 2014-2017, they were Human Resources Director at Fit Republik, where they were responsible for leading and managing the entire employee-life cycle and the development of new people-related systems, processes, and metrics. From 2014-2017, they were Regional Human Resources Consultant (Lead) - GCC at Sands International, where they were responsible for leading the HR function for the Business for the entire GCC. From 2011-2014, they were Regional HR Head - MENAP at TEN Sports and Zee Telefilms, where they were responsible for overseeing the strategic HR function as a member of the Regional Management Team. From 2010-2011, they were Assistant Manager & Head - Human Resources for ETA Star Health Care and Dubai Lifestyle City at ETA ASCON, where they were responsible for managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for three units. From 2008-2010, they were Supervisor - Human Resources at The Oberoi Group, where they were responsible for Executive recruitment coordination with Corporate HR.

Shiny Chopra has a diverse education history. In 2020, they obtained a SHRM-SCP from the University of Dubai in the field of Human Resources. From 2009 to 2011, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Human Resources. From 2004 to 2007, they completed a BSc in Hospitality Management (IIMT) from Oxford Brookes University in Hotel operations and Human Resources. They also completed their Higher Secondary from Summer Fields School in 2004.
