Philip Proctor M.a.

Philip Proctor M.A., CCMP serves as the Associate Vice President of the Project Management Office at AHRC New York City since January 2013, where leadership has focused on the design and implementation of project portfolio management processes, enterprise technology strategy, and innovation initiatives, including a telehealth implementation project.
