Richard Irvine has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Richard started their career in 2000 as an Area Construction Manager at Centex Homes and worked there until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they held the same role at PulteGroup. In 2012, they briefly worked as an Area Construction Manager at TegrityHomes. From 2013 to 2018, they served as a Gulf Coast Account Project Manager at Wood Group PSN. Richard then joined M/I Home, Inc. as an Area Construction Manager from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they became the VP of Construction at Kindred Homes, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Richard Irvine holds the position of Vice President of Construction Operations in the Texas region at AHV Communities, starting from April 2022.
Richard Irvine attended Texas State University from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
