Olivia Almaviva

Olivia Almaviva is an experienced pastry chef currently serving as Pastry Sous Chef at Ai Fiori since May 2021, having previously worked as Pastry Chef at Amali NYC from September 2020 to June 2021 and as Pastry Cook at Ai Fiori from September 2018 to March 2020. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Business Management from The Culinary Institute of America, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2018, and an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, awarded from 2015 to 2017.
