Victoria Halliday

Victoria Halliday serves as the Head of Legal Services & Consulting at Ai Group Workplace Lawyers since February 2022, leading a team of fifty in a national workplace relations legal and consulting practice. Prior roles include Senior Counsel/Head of Employee Relations at BAE Systems Australia, where key achievements included implementing an employee relations strategy and overhauling organizational policies. Victoria briefly acted as Chief People Officer at BAE Systems, overseeing HR and safety functions for over 100 employees. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Head of Labour Law at BAE Systems and Labor and Employment Attorney at Apple.
