Dhakshayini Gopalaiah has been in the Human Resources field since 2007. Dhakshayini began their career as a Human Resources Associate at Sypher Solutions in 2007. In 2009, they joined Volt - International as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Dhakshayini also began working at Aryaka Networks as a Sr. HR Business Partner in 2009. In 2015, they moved to NHANCE NOW, where they served as Head - People Experience. Currently, they are Director - People Experience at Ai Palette since 2022.
