Svitlana Bielushkina

Svitlana Bielushkina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the People & Organization Transformation Director and People Experience Director at Zalando since August 2021, Svitlana leads global P&O function transformation with a focus on Employee Experience. Prior roles include Director for Digital Experience and Technology at Deutsche Telekom, where Svitlana was pivotal in driving growth and culture change for 45,000 employees, and a series of leadership positions at Telenor, including People and Organization Development Director and Global SWP Business Partner.
